We're looking for a Marketing Designer to shape how Alertive shows up in the market.
You'll bring our brand and product to life across campaigns, content, presentations, events and digital channels, while helping us evolve our visual identity as the business grows.
The foundations of our new brand are in place, but there's plenty still to shape. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to take ideas from initial concept through to finished execution, contributing to the creative thinking rather than simply receiving finished briefs.
We're a small marketing team, so the role is broad and your work will be highly visible. We're looking for someone who enjoys that variety, has strong creative judgement, is curious about technology and wants the freedom to make an impact.

Life At Alertive
We're a small company doing work that genuinely matters, and we want the people here to feel both valued and connected to what we're building.
People at Alertive are trusted to lead their work, think independently and contribute beyond the boundaries of their job description, while working closely with colleagues who care deeply about solving real problems for NHS staff.
You'll have genuine ownership of Alertive's day-to-day creative output and direct access to the people making decisions. The Head of Marketing has overall responsibility for the Alertive brand and final sign-off on marketing creative, but we want you to bring your own judgement, ideas and expertise to the work.
We support flexible working as a default, not a perk. You can also expect a competitive benefits package including private health insurance, 25 days' annual leave, enhanced parental leave, life insurance and a 5% pension contribution.
Applications should be submitted to talent@alertive.co.uk with a CV and portfolio.
We're interested in the thinking behind your work as much as the finished result, so show us projects you can talk us through rather than simply your prettiest pieces. We'd particularly like to see examples across different formats, including video or web work where you have it.
We are an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, identities and experiences. If you need any adjustments during the application or interview process, please let us know.
